The Alamance Battleground Memorials are 4"x6" and are attached to the kiosk located along the trail behind the flower garden. The markers contain the name of the ancestor, whether Regulator or Militia, and either the dates of the War of the Regulation or the county they represented. The cost of a memorial is $100. Part of the money goes to the upkeep of the trail. The name of the person sponsoring the memorial is listed in the Book of Remembrance located in the Visitor Center and on the website.
